Thank you so much for running the “Cultural Agility” workshop for us. The workshop was highly valuable for our Management Team representing 6 nationalities and daily leading more than 20 different nationalities.

 

Getting a better understanding of own preferences and the different profiles in the group is an important step to transform the Cultural Diversity to a key strength in our team and organization and use it to build competitive strength and agility.
